Reliable Die Service's in-house wire E.D.M. capabilities can produce a wide variety of tooling components, ranging from die sections, punches, forms, gages and shims. Our customer's parts often require unique contours and shapes for their finished product. By providing this service in house, all wire programs are available for future use. Replacement and spare components can be duplicated and tooling revisions easily implemented. We have the ability to wire cut a variety of metals and carbide.
