High Speed Multi-Slides

Our 2 high-speed multi-slides were custom designed and built by Reliable Die Service.  The feeding/gripping design allows these machines to feed material lengths within .0005". This allows for pilotless dies if needed for a particular tool. The accuracy and consistency of the finished product is second to none. These machines run from 3,000 to over 12,000 cycles per hour. Tiny, intricate piece parts have been tooled specifically in these machines. We've successfully run a job with .010" diameter wire with a blank length of .256" (see picture A). The smallest flat stock part we run is .002" thick x .030" wide (see picture B).  The material thickness of jobs run in these machines generally ranges from .005" to .030"  with a maximum width of approximately 1".
